hi guys and girls! haha. several matters to update u guys on:

1) Class Relay System
er we (me zhangqiao and leslie) have decided to change the class relay thingy. so ignore all the previous posts on it. this relay thing is more or less fixed and wld be much easier to understand and less messy. so it just goes like this:

Leslie would inform - annabelle, buchi, junrong, jiaying, daniel, gary, geraldine and simying.

I would inform - siyuan, rongqi, lavan, marcus, pratik, sathiesh, sebastian and sharrie.

Zhangqiao would inform - yangen, xuantong, yunjiao, yingjia, yasmin, juncong, peijia and zhangyue.

yupps. and subject reps, if u have anything that u wanna pass down, u might wanna make use of the relay system, so u just have to inform me leslie and zhangqiao and we would help u to pass down, instead of you having to inform all 27 of us in the class.

2) regarding HBL tmr

physics lecture : go to blackboard and download a ppt for it

GP: pls check ur vjc email to check for instructions from miss wong.
this is the instructions from miss wong :

maths lecture: i am not too sure on wat we're supposed to do for maths lecture, so just check ur vjc emails regularly, and if anyone knows wat to do, pls post it here k!

chem tutorial: pls check ur vjc email for the ppt thing that mr lin would send us. it shld be some mcqs on stoichiometry. email the answer to mr lin.

PW: email question that u have to mr lin as well as watching a video or smth like that. wait for more information tmr.

and lastly, pls do a pe survey tmr, which shld be uploaded on blackboard.

3) Checking of particulars

sorry for the mix up today after physics tutorial. when i said to check the details, i didn't mean the subject varification thing, so sorry for not making it clear. it shld be checking the particulars, so those ppl that have not checked through it, pls do so probably on friday or monday, when i bring the list to sch. also, those that have already checked through it, but have some stuff that u dunno how to fill up, such as name of guardian, nric, contact details, etc etc pls get it checked out and fill it up.

4) Ordering of OG photos
for those that wanna order OG photos, please sms to me ur Orientation Group name, ur Sub-OG number, the photos that you want (i.e. A, B or C) and the size (i.e. 4r or 6r) 4r is the size of the sample photos that u see at the concourse/General Office area, while 6r is twice the size of 4r. 4r would cost $1 while 6r would cost $3. pls bring the money on this friday as i have to submit the order form by then. so sms me ur orders, and it shld include all the details mentioned above.

so for example, Allorix, A6, photos A, B and C, size 4r.

5)Banner painting

okay we're supposed to paint a banner for a class, that shows the olympic values. we have the banner cloth and the purple paint le. provided by house comm. i'll send u guys the criterias and stuff, and if possible, pls try to come up with a design or smth k? the banner needs to be completed by next friday, but the house comm ppl are like telling me to complete as soon as possible. so anws, try to come up with a design by next monday or smth k ?

6) SLV

for SLV, we would try to use an empty classroom next week, to discuss and brainstorm ideas together as a class. we would try to be able to complete the selection of ideas and stuff by next week. yupps..
